A Note from the Founder
I created The Glow Season because I wanted to experience wellness—but I didn’t know where to start.
As a nurse, I understood the body as a system.
I saw every day how one area of the body affects another, how stress impacts metabolism, how habits are shaped by nervous system overload—not lack of discipline.
But when I looked for wellness for myself, everything was fragmented.
One space focused on weight.
Another on skin.
Another on hair.
Another on habits.
Another on faith—separate from the body.
There was no clear beginning.
Just pressure to fix one thing at a time.
I didn’t need more discipline.
I needed a holistic framework that honored the body as connected—and the person as whole.
